I bought a Huntve electric ATV for more than $12000 which was delivered by the company owner.I had a few problems the first couple of years and as the machine is quite large and requires a large trailer to haul, they finally sent a service rep.
who did a tune up and sent some replacement parts. A year later I had a cataclysmic failure which required a new differential/transmission and reprograming of the computer module. Since then all calls to the owner and service rep. have gone unanswered.
I leave a message at the answer machines and get no response. A call to the nearest dealer, a 1000 miles away brought a choice of taking it there for repairs, or paying $800 for a service visit.
A classic case of get the money and forget the customer.Curtiss Frank
